Regular maintenances and block heater fix Jeff was amazing , I’m 9 months pregnant to start and I accidentally backed out of my garage and tore off the block heater cord and damaged some other Jeff was amazing , I’m 9 months pregnant to start and I accidentally backed out of my garage and tore off the block heater cord and damaged some other inside mechanical stuff of course. I explained it all to Jeff and asked for a quote on it all. Jeff called me very shortly after he knew the quote and explained how they could fix everything and prevent it happening again in the future by adding an extension cord , leaving the hood open when it is plugged in which would trigger the vehicle to let me know the hood is open and remind me it’s plugged in. The actual cost of everything was expensive I won’t deny that but my family realized that from the beginning. I got a an oil change, as well as an added vehicle inspection as well as the cabin air filter was changed , all which was explained in detail by Jeff and was needed for sure. While I waited for the work to be done I was shuttled to the nearby Walmart to kill time and was picked up which was great, especially being pregnant and it being so cold. I have zero complaints and have always had such wonderful service since buying my brand new Enclave in 2016. Not only is the service great we still love our family vehicle and patiently waiting the arrival of our newest addition that will be riding in comfort style and safety along with us! More

Excellent service!! On Saturday morning my car battery died so I had CAA boost me and I drove it to your dealership where it again died! You were closed until Tuesday at which time I called at 7 am! Jeff answered and said someone would call as soon as they had a chance to look at it. He called around 8am to confirm the problem and again around 9 am once it was ready! Your shuttle picked me up by 9:30 and I had my car by 10 am!!
