Joel was great, as usual Service was quick and courteous. Since the visit, the battery on our Cadillac froze, and we had to be towed to the dealership . Completely beyond what I'd expect and what I've experienced I went in for a simple oil change. I happened to mention that I thought there might be rust spots on my runner boards and asked them to inspect to co I went in for a simple oil change. I happened to mention that I thought there might be rust spots on my runner boards and asked them to inspect to confirm. When I picked up my truck, the oil change was done, they had already REPLACED my runner boards (for free under warranty) and done the repair for a recall that I wasn't even aware of. To cap it off? When I got into my truck, it was cleaner than it's been since LAST SUMMER. This dealership consistently offers the best auto service experience I've ever had. Period. More
