My service experience was not great. My 2014 Malibu with less than 60,000km was to be looked at 8am in the morning but they never looked at it util 1:30 pm. By 3:30 I called them and they still didnt with less than 60,000km was to be looked at 8am in the morning but they never looked at it util 1:30 pm. By 3:30 I called them and they still didnt know that the problem was. I only bought this car from them March 2021, just 3 months. The engine light was on before I bought it and when I went to pick up they said all was fixed gave me the paper work and was good to go. Well apparently the problem was not fixed, because the engine light is back on. Have to take back into get fixed again. Its a good thing I bought the full extended warranty. More

Great service but an hour and half fir oil change n change blades bit excessive. They guy was great just can’t take that much time for something I can go diwn street within 20 minutes. I bought my Camero in 2017 and only had 12K mileage on it for servicing what turned out to be only as oil change went to $938 without prior consent on some service and the service manager does not even have for servicing what turned out to be only as oil change went to $938 without prior consent on some service and the service manager does not even have the decency to call back their customer and explain and in writing tries to cover his employees, completely dissatisfied- Do not care about customer. Salesman Tom Goldman is exceptional and Service Dept's Bob Der accumulated over 600,000km (no lie) with little more than oil changes every 3000km. Salesman Tom Goldman is exceptional and Service Dept's Bob Derezycky is "the man". Love this location and my loyalty is testament to the incredible service pedigree they uphold! Bravo! More
