Went in for a recall service and was told it would take about one and a half hours. Was left in the waiting room for four and a half hours being ignored by all the staff. Even after asking how much longer about one and a half hours. Was left in the waiting room for four and a half hours being ignored by all the staff. Even after asking how much longer it would be the service advisor opted to go for lunch rather than looking into the matter. How do you walk by customers all day and not realize that maybe they have been waiting a long time and you should get some answers for them, let alone acknowledge them. The worst service I have ever encountered. Was left waiting for almost 5 hours with no one doing anything until I walked into the general managers office to ask him what the xxxx was going on. Disgusted with the whole experience. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, in fact I will go out of my way and discourage anyone I know looking for a vehicle or getting their vehicle serviced to avoid going to Gateway Chevrolet all together.
