Starting with the receptionist on the phone, I find the staff unfriendly, uninterested, ingenuine, unhelpful and lacking knowledge. My summation is they are there for themselves, to make money and not what's best for a customer. Unfortunately this is what comes across. On the other end of the spectrum, Frost Dealership gives a stellar performance in all areas of customer service. Perhaps, Gateway could get training from their Managment on how to make the customer experience, customer-focused. More

I understand that my Volt might be a challenge, fortunately it has been pretty much bulletproof over the past six years. The only other quibble I have is over being encouraged to have the oil changed at six months when it is only called for every two years. More

In May 2018, Came in for oil change and he noticed that coolant and transmission has not been done. He recommended to get this done and when mechanic working on the Cadillac notice that rear brake pads were too thin, he contacted me right away to explain to have them replaced as well. Since there are a lot of work to be done on the car, it has to be left overnite at dealership and Sanjev has arranged for rental as I needed a vehicle for the nite. He has show efficiency and a problem solver which is highly appreciated. If a rating between 1 to 10 (10 being highest), he deserves 20. I will definitely go to Sanjev with any problems on my Cadillac in the future. More

Up and above I have personally purchased many new cars and my last two have been with Gateway Chevrolet with Mr. Goldmann. He has been without a doubt the best sal I have personally purchased many new cars and my last two have been with Gateway Chevrolet with Mr. Goldmann. He has been without a doubt the best sales person I have ever encountered. He has consistently gone up and above each time ensure my happiness. Whether it’s been driving my new vehicle 3 hours up to my home to complete the deal or simply to offer a beverage or simply to have everything ready for signing and respecting my time as I am usually at work when completing the deals. There is no question that as long as you have Mr. Goldmann as a sales rep within your company, you will have my business. I couldn’t be more happy! However in saying that, I must take this opportunity to talk about Massey, the finance rep. I was not pleased with the way he conducted himself. During our short time together we would have very basic conversations, with clear understandings on the topics at hand to only find out things were carried out opposite to what was discussed. When Discussing these outcomes, he would state that the conversation did not take place and that I must have misunderstood. This happened on 3 different occasions during our short time together. It wasn’t just the fact that he denied the conversations took place but he would also have a clear, accusational undertone which I did not appreciate in the least. And truth be told, if it was not for Mr. Goldmann cooling me down, I was fully prepared to walk away from the deal. In my honest opinion, I feel that he ( Massey) reflects very poorly on your company and took away from the entire experience and hopefully this is not something that carries over to your other customers because it would be a shame. Gateway is a fantastic company and I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future. More
