Up and above I have personally purchased many new cars and my last two have been with Gateway Chevrolet with Mr. Goldmann. He has been without a doubt the best sal I have personally purchased many new cars and my last two have been with Gateway Chevrolet with Mr. Goldmann. He has been without a doubt the best sales person I have ever encountered. He has consistently gone up and above each time ensure my happiness. Whether it’s been driving my new vehicle 3 hours up to my home to complete the deal or simply to offer a beverage or simply to have everything ready for signing and respecting my time as I am usually at work when completing the deals. There is no question that as long as you have Mr. Goldmann as a sales rep within your company, you will have my business. I couldn’t be more happy! However in saying that, I must take this opportunity to talk about Massey, the finance rep. I was not pleased with the way he conducted himself. During our short time together we would have very basic conversations, with clear understandings on the topics at hand to only find out things were carried out opposite to what was discussed. When Discussing these outcomes, he would state that the conversation did not take place and that I must have misunderstood. This happened on 3 different occasions during our short time together. It wasn’t just the fact that he denied the conversations took place but he would also have a clear, accusational undertone which I did not appreciate in the least. And truth be told, if it was not for Mr. Goldmann cooling me down, I was fully prepared to walk away from the deal. In my honest opinion, I feel that he ( Massey) reflects very poorly on your company and took away from the entire experience and hopefully this is not something that carries over to your other customers because it would be a shame. Gateway is a fantastic company and I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future. More
I have complained to OMVIC about this dealership I went to the dealership to get a new car. They offered me to see the showroom model but no test drive because it was based on queue. I asked the sale I went to the dealership to get a new car. They offered me to see the showroom model but no test drive because it was based on queue. I asked the salesman to talk to the manager and arrange. The managers name is George. The salesman name is areeq (not sure if its right). They both played nice drama and told me to come back after a day and then I can test drive. But I must give him deposit, WHAT....Deposit??? for what Mr. Manager??? I went to another dealer ship, The team in other dealer ship is very friendly, honest and deal in correct way. More
Don’t Buy From Here Purchased a used truck from here. Vehicle was missing numerous accessories when I picked up the truck and it wasn’t detailed either. He was very courteous, friendly, and worked within my budget and requirements to find the perfect vehicle for me. Working with Zuber was a breeze, I would definitely suggest seeking him out when looking for a new car. More

Poor service I went to this dealer because I had idiot light that said check engine I called the day before and told them what was happening and asked if I brought I went to this dealer because I had idiot light that said check engine I called the day before and told them what was happening and asked if I brought it in first thing if they could look at it right away. I arrived at 7 pm and waited for them to open. I spoke to the service adviser and explained everything and he said that was fine they would take care of it. I sat in the waiting room until 930 and the adviser came and said that they would not be able to look at it until later in the afternoon. He also told me that the technicians had two other vehicles that they were working on. So I sat there for 2 hours then he decided that they were busy, I was the first one in the door so I'm assuming the vehicles that they were working on had been there from the day before. I have never had a good experience at this dealership, everytime I go there they always find things that they want to fix. I had a oil change and they told me it would be 39$ when I had to pay it was 59$ I asked him why the difference and he said environmental fees etc etc next time I'll go back to mr pub whom says 39$ and that's it. Of course I left a message with the owner but he hasn't bothered to call back. My family and myself have bought and traded 6 vehicles with this company. More
120,000$ cars --> worste service ever !? I went to this dealer because they had a car I wanted to buy and they tell me they could get the option I asked. 1 days : The manager have the key I went to this dealer because they had a car I wanted to buy and they tell me they could get the option I asked. 1 days : The manager have the key with him. No test drive of course cant event look in the car inside he is lock. The sale representative asked me to comeback the next day. 2 days : Director is there with the key , they dont allowed me to get a test drive, of course they want my approuval for that amout of money ( I already passes for more at another dealer ). Im guessing I will be ok for a test drive in maybe 30/45min..... no they asked me to comeback again. Oh and I paid a deposit on the car too not a big deal. Days 3 : No answer from my approuval ( they forgot maybe), Director is no there ( guess where is the keys). Im not from toronto so my schedule was short and they knew it so I didnt get time to comeback for a 4th time. Now its been to week immasking for my deposit back because they never gave me any service and still wait for it. I would never tell someone to go at this dealer, ok maybe It's uncummon that a 23 old guys want to buy a corvette z06 w/ z07 performance package but those guys lost a smoking sell and the service for that kind of sell was just DISGUSTING.
