They are fooling people I asked for quotation and they actually replaced parts did service and alignment for my car. I was waiting for quotation but they gave me bill to pay I asked for quotation and they actually replaced parts did service and alignment for my car. I was waiting for quotation but they gave me bill to pay 931$. When I asked for manager, Receptionist lady said he already left. This how they fool people and make money. Please stay away from them. Sales person didn't do what he agreed to I was told by sales guy that he will give me $250 gas card since there was advertisement by dealership for that week. But he never gave once I signed I was told by sales guy that he will give me $250 gas card since there was advertisement by dealership for that week. But he never gave once I signed paper. And I asked him to trade-in my old car but he insisted to sell it outside not at the dealership. Once I signged paper he stopped taking my call or answering my text message. I think i should have took whatever promised before I sign papers. And my credit card was promised once I gave him. I had to cancel and order new one. Someone charged 0 dollar on Apple Itunes. I don't know who did it but happened days just after I gave for my car booking Overall I would not recommend the dealership or the sales person to anyone. I am thinking of complaint to OMVIC for the sales guy. More

My experience was horrible horrible My experience at this dealership was horrible because of the following: I took my car to fix the air conditioning and they changed my blower fan,they My experience at this dealership was horrible because of the following: I took my car to fix the air conditioning and they changed my blower fan,they fixed the blower fan the first time as I got home it wasn't working, went back couple days after the problem wasn't fixed they replace the blower fan again same issue the air condition not working well. Went back the third time then they diagnosed the issue which was the air conditioning lines that were leaking and not the blower,ended up getting charged for unnecessary damage. With the invoice number as followed 0003448 which was a cost of $689.73 second invoice number 0004188 which was a cost of $2542.75. Also got charged for diagnosing the wrong issue on both of my visits.for the future technicians needs to diagnose the right problem so customers doesn't get double charged for the wrong issue. More
The right fix. My wife has a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali and the vehicle stuttered at different speeds. We brought it to different dealers and no one could fined the fix. The transmission tech from Gateway and I took the vehicle in a road test and he confirmed that the vehicle needed a new torque converter. That was the problem but, unfortunately I had to drive over 3 hours from home to find a dealer that knew what to do instead of saying that it was normal or they were not sure what was the problem. Before the fix another dealer actually gave me a bulleting from GM saying the conditions were normal. In this case they were completely wrong. Thanks to Jeff and his transmission tech for repairing our vehicle. More
