I (female) just went to Gateway to drop $45K on a car for myself and had my 20 yr old son with me. Was greeted by a sales person just after entry and I told him the car and trim I was looking for. He turne myself and had my 20 yr old son with me. Was greeted by a sales person just after entry and I told him the car and trim I was looking for. He turned sideways to shake my sons hand before reaching out to me. I was right in front of him and my son hadn't said a thing. Total disrepect. More
The service was really awful, while fixing the embalm at the back of my car they scraped off the paint and then the person in charge was trying to imply that it might have been there before. They don’t even try to understand customers issue and instead of thoroughly checking the issue first just try to blame the customer directly so that the blame doesn’t comes on them. More

I got conned into buying a used car that should have been dumped otherwise! Within a few xxxx weeks of getting the piece of junk, it started falling apart. That so-called safety certificate means nothing – t dumped otherwise! Within a few xxxx weeks of getting the piece of junk, it started falling apart. That so-called safety certificate means nothing – they didn't bother fixing the messed-up ball joints and the windshield fluid container that were already damaged. They patched up the rust on the roof, which showed up again in no time. And to top it off, all the false promises of the salesman, Gabe. He gave his word to cover 50% of the powertrain expenses, but the moment you roll in with any of those issues, you will be ghosted. And, the extended warranty that they are selling is just an expensive piece of toilet paper! I wish I never stepped into this scam center. More
Gateway is where I bought my Camaro in 2013 and the only service Center I have ever taken it to. I have had a couple of incidents in regards to issues with the car such as fading stripes that they fought me service Center I have ever taken it to. I have had a couple of incidents in regards to issues with the car such as fading stripes that they fought me about changing claiming it was because they were an after market product but the car was bought with them on. Their customer service has gone from average to horrible in the last couple years. No room here to mention all of the issues. Last issue I’m having with them now is the car has a 10 year no rust guarantee and there is rust around the rear wheel well but they never informed us about having a paint inspection every two years but it’s been two weeks since they looked at the car have not bothered to contact me and let me know where I stand with the repair. They said they would contact me in 2-3 days. The tech said at the time that they are very unlikely to repair it but I feel they should still honour me with a response instead of neglecting to deal with me. Just another example of their poor customer service! More
