Hello everyone, I visited here Gateway Across Auto Planet August 18, 2025 Bramton for safety check for Van vehicle. I told them in the first place that my brakes are in good condition But the advisor Vic’s name he said cannot pass the safety check if they don’t do the brakes. I said to Vic that ok, I buy only tires for $175 each and need for 4 tires and The brakes I do by myself. He said, He don’t want to sell the tires because I don’t do brakes with them. So I pull out my Van and I pay the service safety for $200. I paid that amount because I know that I am going to pay more for the brakes later. I know that they were scamming me. So I brought my Van to Toyota to see if I really need a brake service. We. Ensure the thickness all rotors and pads using the Ontario Safety check machine . And the Ontario Safety check Pass All Of The Above. Now I know that the name Vick and other Technician there are trying to scam me. I bought 4 set of tires for only $100 each only and the safety check they give me free. Be careful guys. if you go to this Dealer and you don’t know about cars. They rip you off for scamming you! That is my experience with them. I know about cars so they cannot scam me. More

I (female) just went to Gateway to drop $45K on a car for myself and had my 20 yr old son with me. Was greeted by a sales person just after entry and I told him the car and trim I was looking for. The service was really awful, while fixing the embalm at the back of my car they scraped off the paint and then the person in charge was trying to imply that it might have been there before.
