Rip off artists Needless to say I did NOT buy a car from them. When I arrived I was immediately asked to start signing things, giving credit application permission, and was even asked to put a deposit down before test driving... The worst experience out of all of the dealerships I visited in Red Deer. I will never be stepping foot in their doors again. We noticed that the car needed some work and they said we couldn't even discuss repairs until after the car was purchased. More

I told them I was looking and wouldn’t be doing a credit application, they told me test drives are only for serious buyers. Needless to say, I left and drove straight to Edmonton Southtown Hyundai where I bought a Santa Fe 2 days later (might want to adjust your definition of serious buyer). This dealership, and I assume all other Gary Moe dealerships, are stuck in the 1970’s. I am like most buyers out there nowadays, I’m informed and know what I want. Their high pressure tactics don’t work anymore. Don’t buy from these sharks. PS look closer at the ‘Five star’ reviews for this dealership..... they are written by employees LOL More

Anyhow, part of the deal on my car included a free Las Vegas vacation for two, which was presented to me as though it were a discount on the car. Turns out the vacation was not free, and when I asked them (the general sales manager) about it, they became openly hostile and told me that I would not be getting any tickets or hotel vouchers..nothing. And now that I read the complaints on this site, I kick myself for even having stepped foot on their property. "Thieves and rip-off artists" is entirely accurate. More

worst service dept.i have ever dealt with. Took our 2014 Sante Fe in to get the air conditioner fixed for the third time since we have owned it . Was told to bring it back at a later date to have it diagnosed, I did and was told it needed a part replaced and a re-charge. That was a month ago and we still haven't gotten a phone call or follow up from the service manager. We called them last week and were told parts were on order ,no explanation or excuse offered.The sales dept. is trying to sell us a new Sante Fe and we were considering upgrading to a brand new one, but that's not going to happen. We bought new to have full warranty and peace of mind, and i have to say the Sante Fe is great SUV and i can accept that it is a machine and things break but i cant accept being jerked around by the service manager.From what i can see in other reviews this dealership has a management problem that needs to be dealt with More
