Bad service When asked to look at my vehicle on the spot when the message appears, which was what was recommended by the service department, I was denied service. When asked to look at my vehicle on the spot when the message appears, which was what was recommended by the service department, I was denied service. My vehicle says service shifter and all the lights are on and there was no sense of emergency to get me in. No one can figure it out when my vehicle does not have the message, as stated by Chrysler, and now that the message is on they cannot are me. I am beyond flustered with the service. More

Terrible experience I bought a brand new truck from them the sales giy could barely spend 5 minutes of his time to help me but i needed a truck and they had it so I proc I bought a brand new truck from them the sales giy could barely spend 5 minutes of his time to help me but i needed a truck and they had it so I proceeded with the deal as I needed a truck quick the truck arrived they had me sign all the paperwork before i seen the truck (my mostake) the tailgate had been painted on my brand new truck so management looked at itand said they would make it right so a week later I brought the painted tailgate to them they told me they would repaint it I disagreed bit i was told thats all they would do so 3 weeks of them having my tailgate i get a call to pick up my truck the first thing i do is look at my tailgate and I identify the paint doesn’t match i was told to give it a couple of days so i did . Then I start calling and texting my dealer contact and lnow reply for 2 days until i call him from a friend s phone then he finally answered and admitted he got my message but was nolagded enough to deal with my maters and directed me to call the off site body shop I wouldn’t have any dealings with this dealership they will only look after you until you give them your money and your trade then they dont want anything to do with you especially if you have any problems they will leave you hanging More

We have been Dodge Ram owners since the 90's and after this experience, we would gladly come back again. Thanks to all....especially Jerad Phillips whose name did not appear on the main employee list .....he was a very helpful and caring salesman and we are grateful for all his assistance in making car buying a pleasant experience. Service Department The one star rating seems far to generous. The service department took more then 12 months to approve my hood repair repaint which was under warranty. The one star rating seems far to generous. The service department took more then 12 months to approve my hood repair repaint which was under warranty. The photos were taken on 3 separate occasions and either lost or never submitted to Dodge for approval. The repaint just occurred and it looked great, until they told me the part to prevent the rubbing would not be in for another week. They told me the truck could be driven until part comes in. Needless to say after driving 5 minutes and checking the hood it is in need of another repaint as its again has exposed metal caused by rubbing. Would love to say this is my only negative experience but from loosing my key fobs, to loosing a patched tire at their dealership, to routinely phoning the wrong number to provide me updates on my vehicle despite the myriads of corrections, I will never take my vehicle here again for service. Terrific Car buying experience with Garreth here but believe a root-canal would be more enjoyable then dealing with the service department. More
Poor customer service. They did multiple credit checks dropping my credit by 40 points. From a good to a fair. Called and left messages, no one called back. Disappointing I bought a brand new 2018 dodge ram and the drivers side window fell into the door out of nowhere, i had it brought in to be fixed and my window and t I bought a brand new 2018 dodge ram and the drivers side window fell into the door out of nowhere, i had it brought in to be fixed and my window and tint was scratched. They refuse to replace my tint on my window because its after market even though i had nothing to do with the window falling out.. pretty poor customer service to not stand by your product. When you spend top dollar on a vehicle you expect top dollar customer service. Will not use them for my next vehicle purchase. More
