End result was achieved but the road there was bumpy. The constant running back to the sales manager for approval when negotiating to purchase a vehicle is frustrating and i personally think antiquated. I enjoyed working with Trina and i would have enjoyed the whole purchase experience better if i could have concluded the entire deal with just Trina. If this is not possible then let ME go sit with the sales manager and negotiate the purchase price INCLUDING the warranty items after i have decided on the vehicle i wanted. More

20 minutes on hold and counting. Writing this review on hold... finally got service. Now I found out that my warranty doesn't cover faulty calipers after 1 year and 24000km.... I am Writing this review on hold... finally got service. Now I found out that my warranty doesn't cover faulty calipers after 1 year and 24000km.... I am 1.5 years and 32,000km... poor quality, its unfortunate because I used to really like my Dodge Van. I felt I was getting good value, but this $1000 expense erodes my sense of value... Stefan was polite, and I don't blame him for the 20 minutes of my life spent on hold... More

Loyalty Program I have been a customer since 1997 purchased and brought my vehicles in for service at Galt Chrysler, with the contstant rising costs for getting your I have been a customer since 1997 purchased and brought my vehicles in for service at Galt Chrysler, with the contstant rising costs for getting your vehicle repaired or serviced it would be nice if Galt Chrysler came up with a "Loyalty Program" for their long time customers. Just a discount or something to show their apreciation for their long time customers. Give a little back to let us know you care, we spend a lot of our hard working money on our vehicles and since i always go to Galt Chrysler then some apreciation would be nice. I dealt with 2 service reps Jen and Dave both were excellent to deal with, I have dealt with Dave many,many times before and he always answers my questions and if he doesnt know he will always find someone who can. I have only dealt with Jen a couple of times but same thing she always answers my questions More

Many had a sense of humour and made us feel very comfortable. We had shopped around at a few other dealerships in Cambridge and Kitchener and found this dealership to be the best. They worked within our price range and were willing to make adjustments to meet in the middle. Our sales person was Trina and she was very kind and patient throughout the whole process. We were made to feel like we were wanted there and that's exactly why they got our sale! We will be going back to this dealership again when we are ready to trade in our new Dart....but not just yet....we are loving it too much. :) Thank you to all staff associates and sales persons at GCD!! Worst Experience I purchased a vehicle with a ridiculously expensive warranty on August 18th 2015. I drove home feeling like the AC wasn't getting cold enough so I cal I purchased a vehicle with a ridiculously expensive warranty on August 18th 2015. I drove home feeling like the AC wasn't getting cold enough so I called the dealership to see if I could take it to a mechanic in my town (I live an hour and a half away) The response was that my warranty would not take effect for 30 days. (the warranty should take effect the day you leave with your car) I brought it to a mechanic to find a numerous amount of things wrong with the vehicle and on top of that it was in 2 car accidents which was not disclosed. I called Galt explaining the situation to have the response "you bought a used car what do you expect!" (I spent $16,000.00 on my vehicle and warranty) I was disgusted!! Sept 1st I called and asked for them to take the car back as the accidents were not disclosed. They agreed but I still sit here not being able to get a car due to them not caring and taking their time to have my name removed from the loan. I have never received a phone call apologizing or asking what they can do, every phone call has been from me upset. 15 days later and as a single mother I'm still without a car. Thank god my parents have lent me a car or I most likely would have lost my job. I do not recommend this dealership. More
