Fantastic Customer Service I wasn't planning on purchasing a car when i went into the dealership. I had been in a few months previous and test drove the Dodge Dart and the Chry I wasn't planning on purchasing a car when i went into the dealership. I had been in a few months previous and test drove the Dodge Dart and the Chrysler 200, but decided it wasn't time to buy yet. When i walked into the dealership last month, Trina right away remembered me, and the type of car that i had test driven and was curious if i was back to try again. When i told her that i was interested in the Chrysler 200 still she immediately set me up with a test drive of the 200 C. After driving it and falling in love with the car, she negotiated the right number with her manager Trevor. There was a few hiccups along the way but Trevor made it easy and always had a solution. Overall Trevor and Trina made buying a new car an exciting experience. More

I am more than happy with the customer service I received there, I called and was put through with Gareth, gave him a bit of my background, what I do for work as I drive for a living and needing a bigger vehicle, we met the next day after discussing a few vehicle options and what would be best for me he then had me meet with Fehim, both these gentlemen were very professional and easy to get along with, they made me feel comfortable and happy to be dealing with such a fast and efficient dealership, within a few days I was put into a brand new grand caravan as this best suited my full and part time jobs.
