I phoned and asked to speak with a sales rep and was put in touch with Trina. She answered all my questions and told her I would come in from London that afternoon. Upon arrival she met me by name and showed me the van I was interested in. She had Geoff put a number on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 194611km who by the way has a bit of a sense of humor. At no time did I feel pressured in to making a purchase but the van met all my needs and they gave me a fair trade in allowance so the deal was made. I also ordered floor mats and snow tires from them and again sold to me at a fair price, Friday I went to pick up the Town & Country and again greeted by Geoff who asked if my Jeep was full of fuel with a smile and the tires were in the back and floor mats installed by parts dept nice gesture. Also Tariq and Rui were very helpful with the required paper work. In closing I have purchased a lot of cars over the years every year for work and this was the most fun and relaxed purchase. Galt's price was $5,500 cheaper than the same vehicle offered on 5 different lots in the Hamilton area.....one of which I had purchased my 2009 SXT Grand Caravan at , and one of the others being owned by friends of the family . Combined with 0% financing , it did not make sense to buy used .......math and market research was the deal maker. I have purchased many vehicles over the years , but this was by far , the easiest , no pressure , no stress deal I have ever made . I dealt with Trina Tionko . She was a straight shooter.....No BS. I was looking for quite a while prior to buying and am convinced that no better deal was to be had . The vehicle I bought had everything On my wish list right down to the gold colour. All I can say at this point is " dare to compare ". More

Michelle Roeder's knowledge and customer service is top notch best I am extremely happy I found my 2016 Dodge Journey Blacktop at Galt Chrysler Dodge. Michelle Roeder's knowledge and customer service is top notch best I've seen in along time. I came in looking at a 2014 Dodge Journey CVP not totally satisfied with the vehicle Michelle presented the Blacktop to me. The options in the Journey including the power lumber seats and massive storage capacity are a great selling feature. Fehim Zeneli and Tariq Khan (Financial Service Managers) made it happen with an outstanding payment plan, their customer service skills are the best! The whole team provided constant updates of the buying progress and they make you feel apart of the family. They aren't happy until you're happy. I would highly recommend these wonderful people to anyone! More

She really listened to what we needed for our family and found us a few great options to look at. Out of the options she helped us to navigate through each vehicle to find the perfect match. Trina was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. She was amazing with our kids who were restless and cranky, she even tracked down some snacks and water to keep them happy while we went over some details of the vehicles.
