It was two months later when I actually made my purchase and I welcomed by the folks at the dealership and especially by Trina. Trina took me through all the details and features of the vehicle with ease and expert knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions. Brandon Rank handled the financial details swiftly and he explained to me the extended protection plan and undercoating options., Big thanks to Brandon. Two days later, the excellence continued at the delivery point of the sale. Trina helped me do the setup of the mapping system and the bluetooth, showing me how it all worked. Big thanks to Trina. Ray is truly a genuine, friendly and excellent salesman My wife and I came to Galt Chrysler looking for a new Grand Caravan; we were introduced to Ray Grant to assist us and we was incredibly friendly and h My wife and I came to Galt Chrysler looking for a new Grand Caravan; we were introduced to Ray Grant to assist us and we was incredibly friendly and helpful. Being price fickle that we are, we compared what Ray could offer us vs what other Dodge dealerships in the area could offer. When we informed Ray we had found a better price he immediately offered to price match any deal. In the end our decision came down to two dealerships; one had a Dodge Caravan SE Plus in Granite paint and Galt Chrysler had a Dodge Caravan SE Plus in white; but my wife wanted black so she wasn't thrilled with either option. When we called the first dealer they told me to let them know when we make a decision, when I called Ray he said he will get it in black for us right away. Done deal! Ray was incredibly friendly, personable and helpful. For any questions we asked him that he didn't know right away he immediately went to find out for us. Ray never once made us feel pressured the way other sales people usually do, for example; even though there was only one model that we were looking at left on the lot Ray never once reminded us of that, other sales people will constantly remind you of it! One other item of note, my wife specifically was very pleased with Ray - when she would talk to him or ask him questions he would speak directly to her.. this is a big deal to her as dealing with other salesmen or tradesmen they will usually direct their responses to me even though my wife asked the question. In the end we plan on recommending Ray to everyone we know who may be looking for a new vehicle :) More

Got to say this was one of the best experiences we have had when buying a new car. Alex, our sales associate, along with Fehim, in finance were very up-front and helped us get the best price on the vehicle, including all the options and special discounts that were available. It was night-and-day compared to some of the other dealerships in the Waterloo region that we visited. Alex and Fehim made sure we had all the information we needed threw out the whole deal.
