I had called in to Trina inquiring about the vehicle and she had it ready when I had arrived for my test drive. She was very patience and understanding of my needs. Even on the day of the inspection and I found out some minor problems, locking mechanism for Rambox on both side would pop out and the driver rear wheel moulding was attached incorrectly(Manufacturer fault). Trina was quick to have the service technician fix the locking mechanisms, took pictures of the wheel moulding and placed order for new one. Wow!!! Now that's what I call service! I'm currently waiting for the call as to when the part would come in, so status quo on the wheel moulding. Trevor, the Sales manager put my negotiating skills to the test! He was the best! We eventually finalized a deal that enable us to both come out on top! The Finance manager Terry Khan was very thorough and patience in helping us navigate through the numbers and paper works! Great work everyone! Driving home in my brand new Ram 2017 Rebel was like flying up there in clouds! I'll definitely come back for services and future purchases! Thank you all! More

You have to consider service in the purchase, service dept is one of the best. No issues, keep my vehicles clean and Karen with Lisa are very good. Mechanics in my mind are very good with never an issue for me over the years. You have to buy for the service dept and quality of bodyshop along with sales. I deal with them all, and top notch! More
