Communication breakdown I would like to be informed as to when the car might be ready. I was told it needed to be kept overnight but didn't get a callback as promised the nex I would like to be informed as to when the car might be ready. I would suggest that you take a tip from couriers and have digital milestones made available. As mechanics and other involved parties meet these milestones, these are automatically entered into the computer. This also can result in a calculated "ETA" so the customer will know when the vehicle will be ready. I'm a professor of supply chain management so this is my speciality! By the way, I love your driver! More
