Made to Order Oil Change I tend to brag about the service I always receive from the Freedom team when the time for an oil change occurs. Right from talking to Roxanne to book I tend to brag about the service I always receive from the Freedom team when the time for an oil change occurs. Right from talking to Roxanne to book the appointment, she knows my work schedule and shuttle time preferences, so it's painless to my day to get the work done. I was running late this time, Roxanne had everything prepped and ready for me upon arrival and was able to make sure I got in and out as quickly as I could to catch the right shuttle to get to work. the Technicians changes the oil, rotated my tires, also changed my air filter and wipers. (I bought the service package at the time of vehicle purchase, probably the smartest thing I've ever done, not having a bill at the end of the visit is great!) As always my Escape was done and ready for me on time. The shuttle drivers deserve honourable mention as well, they are always a pleasure to ride with. More
