great i arrived for my appt on time ,was greeted warmly at service desk. the service was done well, also recall issue. i was given a ride home and picked up i arrived for my appt on time ,was greeted warmly at service desk. the service was done well, also recall issue. i was given a ride home and picked up afterward. the bill was lower than expected ( a nice surprise). everything was great. i will be back for the next service. Very friendly, helpful & efficient! I drove in & Eric came out & we discussed a couple of things & then he said he could take the car in right away for the oil change & that it would be I drove in & Eric came out & we discussed a couple of things & then he said he could take the car in right away for the oil change & that it would be ready in 1 - 1&1/2 hours, which it was. When I returned Eric wasn't there but Corie helped me right away. She efficiently checked our file & we settled everything. I asked a question about the remote starter & she came out to my car, on a very cold day, & explained it to me, which no one else had done. Thank you, thank you 😊, Corie. I really appreciated you doing that. More

The ABSOLUTE worst experience of my life!!!!!!!! I will never ever deal with this dealership again. It has been the worst experience. They lie so much I think they don't even know what's true and wha I will never ever deal with this dealership again. It has been the worst experience. They lie so much I think they don't even know what's true and what's not. They make promises and don't follow through. Once they get your money they treat you like garabage. I have waited to give this review in hopes that they would make things better but I have wasted a month of my life dealing with them and they have proven just the opposite!!!! I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life!!! More

Excellent Service at Freedom Ford Freedom Ford and Service Advisor Blair Phillips did a wonderful job of fixing my truck, keeping me in the loop through the repair/service and doing a Freedom Ford and Service Advisor Blair Phillips did a wonderful job of fixing my truck, keeping me in the loop through the repair/service and doing a good job knowing the difference between a RECOMMENDED repair and one that can be deferred.
