Excellent friendly competent service I was called to remind me that it was time for a service which I was able to set up for a convenient time for me. I was offered a shuttle service if I was called to remind me that it was time for a service which I was able to set up for a convenient time for me. I was offered a shuttle service if needed. I chose to remain in the waiting room. Roxanne was very helpful and friendly. She explained what service was due and asked if I had any concerns. I mentioned my Bluetooth was not working well. She told me my options and said she would personally check out the first solution. She told me how long the wait would be and again asked if I required the shuttle service. My car was ready in the time she had told me it would take. She solved the Bluetooth glitch and showed me what to do to sinc my phone. Roxanne also told me to give her a call if there were any problems with anything. She explained the service points . She had also reviewed with me what the service entailed. All was very satisfactory and I drove home feeling well taken care of. More

Very friendly, helpful & efficient! I drove in & Eric came out & we discussed a couple of things & then he said he could take the car in right away for the oil change & that it would be I drove in & Eric came out & we discussed a couple of things & then he said he could take the car in right away for the oil change & that it would be ready in 1 - 1&1/2 hours, which it was. When I returned Eric wasn't there but Corie helped me right away. She efficiently checked our file & we settled everything. I asked a question about the remote starter & she came out to my car, on a very cold day, & explained it to me, which no one else had done. Thank you, thank you 😊, Corie.
