In the beginning of my appointment a third party car rental agent didn't come through with what the team had booked for me. We all can have issue from time to time but how we deal with them is what makes the difference, Jason and his team went and turned what could have been a bad situation into a total recovery. also the work on my F150 was completed on time and as was quoted. Got Us What We Needed We had an F150 that was wonderful however, we had no reason for keeping it anylonger and wanted an Escape as we had one for many years prior. problem keeps repeating My Ford Focus 2013 has continued to have transmission problems. It was fixed in 2015 ( no charge to me) and then in 2016 ( no charge to me). Both of t My Ford Focus 2013 has continued to have transmission problems. It was fixed in 2015 ( no charge to me) and then in 2016 ( no charge to me). Both of those times the issue went away for about a year. This last time (May 2017) I took it in yet again (no charge to me) with the same issue. This time the issue isn't fixed. To be honest I'm getting frustrated that the issue keeps reoccurring and now this last time it wasn't even fixed. Every time I bring my car in it's a hassle since I have to borrow a car from my family member and wonder if I'm going to have to pay for the issue. At this point I'm seriously considering getting rid of the car. As for trying to get the issue fixed again... I guess i will give it another go in a few weeks. More

Amazing sales staff I went to Freedom Ford after my vehicle was totalled in an accident. I had just spent close to three hours at another dealership being told that what I went to Freedom Ford after my vehicle was totalled in an accident. I had just spent close to three hours at another dealership being told that what I wanted did not exist for the price I wanted (it was during the year end sales event). I left that dealer and drove to Freedom. Within 30 minutes my salesman found a car with the features I wanted (and a couple extra) for the price I wanted to pay. It was a great experience made even better after having just walked away from a terrible experience at a different dealership. The salesman wasn't pushy at all, and actually took the time to listen to what I wanted. More
