I made one phone to Freedom to speak with our former sale representative and learned he was now a manager. Was I shocked, NO! If you are looking for a new or used Ford I strongly suggest using Freedom Ford; the car you are interested in a test drive are all ready for you prior to arriving. What does this mean you ask; it means I'm not wasting my time! Yes, it's well worth the 2 1/2 drive from up north to Edmonton to leave as one happy customer! I believe we received a fair trade in on our Explorer and in return left with the exact Escape Titanium SUV my wife was looking for. Both Mike Sirman and Andre Jespersen made this a very no stress, efficient way of buying a Ford. Thanks again you two! ...I should mention they filled the fuel tank for us too! Bruce & Marla More

My husband phoned Freedom Ford and talked to Jason; he had what we were seeking (right down to the colour) so we drove to Edmonton the next day. The car was ready when we arrived and was exactly as advertised. We drove it home the same day. The entire experience was painless, with one little blip regarding out-of-province inspection that Freedom Ford remedied immediately. Also, the price was simply base plus GST as opposed to other dealerships that charged additional administration fees and the Carproof was included. More
