I made one phone to Freedom to speak with our former sale representative and learned he was now a manager. Was I shocked, NO! If you are looking for a new or used Ford I strongly suggest using Freedom Ford; the car you are interested in a test drive are all ready for you prior to arriving. What does this mean you ask; it means I'm not wasting my time! Yes, it's well worth the 2 1/2 drive from up north to Edmonton to leave as one happy customer! I believe we received a fair trade in on our Explorer and in return left with the exact Escape Titanium SUV my wife was looking for.
