When I came into Freedom Ford, I was met by Mike who did not seem pushy at all, but was very motivated to show me a vehicle which most closely suited my price range. He found a vehicle which met my criteria in all areas and even exceeded it in some. At the end of the day, he managed to upsell me from what I had originally been thinking of getting this year, but I'm certainly happy he did. I'm now into a great vehicle that's much newer than I had been originally looking for, and still feel I got a great deal on it. The entire sales team was very professional and met all my needs without a problem. All of my concerns along the way were addressed and both sales and finance staff were able to answer my questions with ease and honesty. More

My comment not to Roxanne but to Ford Dealer coz they never phoned me that there is a recall only me finding the way and tell what is the problem (When acceleration its speed up and slow down sometimes its jugs) They changed but it took more than 2 months to fix in fact they took the parts from other customer and when my recall parts is in they will replace it ( my concern is also to the other customer who also waited for the parts) hope this will not happen again . We have used the Fast Lane for years and couldn't be happier. As well, the main service department is excellent. We started to use the tire storage program this spring 2014 which is very reasonable. While changing our tires, the Fast Lane spotted worn brakes and had the brake job done before we picked up the car. Last winter we needed batteries for both cars - one car in a hurry to avoid the Christmas rush, and the service department fitted us in. It doesn't matter who you talk to at this dealership, including the reception and the courtesy car drivers - they are all interested in our needs and very friendly. More
