Exceptionally accomodating I Phoned in for an appt. for a loud noise during downshifting on my truck, they fit me in at my earliest convenience, and being from out of town, I wa I Phoned in for an appt. for a loud noise during downshifting on my truck, they fit me in at my earliest convenience, and being from out of town, I was delayed getting there until 2 hours later. They did not even question me about it, and fit me in right away and finished all within an hour and a half. I need to study to be a mechanic It started with going to the express lube for an oil change and tire sensor replacement. An estimate was written up to have the PTU leak fixed, which It started with going to the express lube for an oil change and tire sensor replacement. An estimate was written up to have the PTU leak fixed, which I booked immediately in the main shop. However on that estimate there were a number of other things noted. Once there the price went from the estimated 339.00 to having to pull the ptu out at 1100.00. The next day I was called for other leaks which needed repair at an additional cost of 950.00. I said No to these other charges and made a call to Norm to see what was really going on. It turns out that these other leaks (first found in the express lube) were not leaks at all, but a little sweating going on. I ended up paying 1400.00 and am still not quite sure what all the charges were for. I want to reiterate that this all started with an estimate written up by the Express lube people, Lisa and her staff. More
