Not satisfactory response from Service staff and Manager During my last visit I had a very bad experience with the Service. They kept my Fusion-2013 for two days (Jan 5th and Jan 6th 2016) for servicing and During my last visit I had a very bad experience with the Service. They kept my Fusion-2013 for two days (Jan 5th and Jan 6th 2016) for servicing and for two service recalls. Then on Jan 6th at 3:52 PM they informed me that the car is ready for pick up, but there is a hole on the inside at the rear passenger door and also there is a damage on the speaker. The service staff is saying that these damages were already there when I brought the car in for service. They send me some pictures and it seems that the hole on the door and the speakers must be from a sharp edge equipment. However, the Service Manager is denying the responsibility. I spoke with my other family members and they are also not aware of this damage. This damage is easily noticeable when viewed from the back seat. More
