When some recall work didn't go as planned she got us into a rental on the same day to ensure we weren't inconvenienced. Expert advise I have always taken both of our vehicles for all servicing directly to freedom Ford. Thank goodness they are professionals who check everything out or I never would have found it until it became a major problem!
