Serviceman discovered a leak Took my 2013 Escape in for the WORKS package after making appointment with Lisa. Servicing was done in less than an hour. Serviceman discovered a leaking PTU seal plus Lisa discovered a recall. Made an appointment for repairs for two days later. Brought in the vehicle at 10 AM. My wife drove me back home. At 2;30 PM Lisa phoned and told me the work was completed. Picked up the car at 3 PM. Everything worked well. More
