Great Experience coming down from Prince George Jason Tam the product specialist picked up my wife and myself as we flew into Vancouver. Still took too many trips to get issue resolved but am grateful issue resolved. BTW owners of 2012 plus caravans may wish to contact chrystler Canada to complain of *sticking drivers side ebrake! I know we will be pursuing this issue with them, AS IT SEEMS TO BE A COMMON issue when searched on the Web. Emergency Brake Caliber sticks, overheats brake disc and cooks bearing. Seems like something that should be addressed by manufacture. They will get another chance at our business. We look forward to dealing with the GM in charge, when looking for a new vehicle for sure. Much appreciated the quick response and attention. Took a little poking around to find the right person to chat with but it was Class act when found. Kudos. Service is a joke! Had an appointment at 10am for a quick oil change and tire rotation on our truck. Dropped truck off promptly at 10am, was told it would be 1.5 hours, Had an appointment at 10am for a quick oil change and tire rotation on our truck. Dropped truck off promptly at 10am, was told it would be 1.5 hours, so I left to go walk around marine drive. Came back at 12:15(45 minutes past the expected completion time) only to be told it was not even in the back yet! What is the point of setting up an appointment?!! At this point the man tells me it will be 30-45 minutes, and he will get it in right away, so I go and wait in their waiting area. 1pm rolls around and I go to see if it's done, the guy I was dealing with wasn't at the desk, but two other guys were, do you think one of them asked me if I needed help? Nope! I wait there for a good 5 minutes for the guy I was originally dealing with and finally ask one of the other two guys to go check on my truck as I have another appointment to get to. He goes to check and in the meantime the guy I was dealing with comes in from outside and quickly tells me it should be done and he runs to the back. He comes back and says it's done, and that they are quickly washing it and he rings me through. I say I don't have time for a wash and he insists it will take a couple of seconds - I imagine it was still being worked on which is why he insisted on the wash. By this point, I am furious. I also ask to confirm that the tires were rotated, and he told me no because they didn't need to be. Excuse me?! I am predisposed to believe they just didn't rotate them because I needed to get going to another appointment. Anyways, I will be emailing the manager as their customer service is terrible and the service was a joke! Don't ever go there if you want something done promptly. This is the second time this has happened to my husband and I, and we are never going back. Terrible!!! More

Then they added additional money to go to "shop supplies". I asked what physical shop supplies where used and they couldn't say. I had a warranty issue that wasn't handled properly and all I got was bafflegab. When I suggested I would refuse to pay and give them gthe key back they threatened to call the police and have me charged with theft. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POORLY RUN BUSINESS. More

But this time i really had it with these guys. And apparently im not the only one. They are very nice when you are buying the car. But service department is ridiculous. I hope people read these reviews before they go do business with destination chrytler. Cheap cars, poor service. More
