When t Told us the service would take 2-3 hours. It took 7 hours. When we returned after 7 hours the said it was being washed which took another hour. When they told us it was ready and gave us the key it turned out not to be our vehicle. They found our vehicle and we drove it away dirty 9 hours later. No words to describe it. More
No concept of time I took my Jeep in because the engine light was on. Made an appointment and got the Jeep back after 3.5hrs only to be told that I had to come back only I took my Jeep in because the engine light was on. Made an appointment and got the Jeep back after 3.5hrs only to be told that I had to come back only after I asked why the engine light was on. Turns out, they didn't have a common part in stock (oil pressure sensor). Came back 2 days later to get the oil pressure sensor installed. I had an appointment and was told it would take 2 hrs. Turns out, even when you have an appointment, the car is put in a queue and it doesn't matter if you're at the dealership waiting or not. I eventually got my jeep back after 3.5 hrs! So, for something as simple as an oil pressure sensor, I had to come to service twice and waited a total of 7hrs! The services advisors were not exactly customer service oriented ether.. More
Bad service from start to end I went this palce to do the routine inspection for my car, it costs $134 which is fine, but my car is making noise after their service. I asked them t I went this palce to do the routine inspection for my car, it costs $134 which is fine, but my car is making noise after their service. I asked them to check, they suggested me to do a few things to my car, than I spend $670(quoted $230), total almost $800 in 7 days! After this second time check, the problem still there, my car is still making noise everyday. I contact them again, they ignore me. I figured out the problem a few days later, it is because one of my caliper brake pad spring was missing, so the brake pad was making noise, still wondering if they did it on purpose to make some easy money. Such a terrible experience in this "NO1" place. They don't care about customers and their cars, they care about money. what a "good place" to take care of your car if you want spend more money and let your car in bad condition. More

Enzo Milia went out of his way to try and find the right Jeep for me. Consequently, I purchased a Jeep from Destination Chrysler in North Vancouver because of his extra efforts on my behalf, and the purchase price was fair. More
I came to purchase a new vehicle from the dealership a week back, and your salesman was extremely rude, refusing to even give me a price on the vehicle, or a price on my trade in. All he would work with i week back, and your salesman was extremely rude, refusing to even give me a price on the vehicle, or a price on my trade in. All he would work with is the "difference" even after i repeatedly and politely told him i wish to work off of the price of each vehicle. Upon him realizing i was only 18, he refused to deal with me, instead informing me i needed "[my] parents their as [he] couldn't present an offer to me as i wasn't 19." even after i explained to him i bought my previous vehicle at 17 with only my parents coming in to sign the papers. This is very condescending and therefore i took my business to a different dealer, who treated me with respect and as such i have there vehicle in my driveway right now, not Destination Chrysler's.
