Following my unfortunate incident of July 19, Sebouh the Service Manager took control of the situation. First an apology for the delay in diagnosing the broken strut in addition to the obvious flat tire. T Service Manager took control of the situation. First an apology for the delay in diagnosing the broken strut in addition to the obvious flat tire. Then on the following Monday a loaner car was ready for me. Then the repair was done and the car was washed inside and outside and ready on time and under budget, if you can believe that. So while these unfortunate incidents do occur, when brought to the attention of the Service Manager the service was A#1, top of the heap. To me, this is the sign of an attentive dealer, who listens to their clients and makes sure things get done right. After this experience, I would recommend Gabriel Ford Lincoln and if there is an issue, Sebouh will fix it. More
Horrible service! ! Brought my 2002 Ford Escape in for a problem with the key/ignition transponder. Was given a "service advisor " named Richard. Richard returned only ! Brought my 2002 Ford Escape in for a problem with the key/ignition transponder. Was given a "service advisor " named Richard. Richard returned only one of my calls over the 3 weeks (!) the car was there and then simply abandoned the file and left it to one of his coworkers to try to figure out the repair. The service problem found other problems that made the car too expensive to repair (especially at their hourly rates). Trying to get my car removed from their completely overcrowded lot took 3 days and was extremely frustrating. Will absolutely never go back there. The entire experience was a nightmare. More
Bunch of xxxxxxx in the sales dept. Stay far away from the dealership. They are useless don’t hold to the deals they set out. My car key wouldn't start it some few weeks ago. I use Red Ford Escape 2010, Car was toed to the Dealer Outlet Ford Gabriel St- Jacques. They have got wonderful marketers and receptionist that welcomed me and gave me options of owing my own Brand New Car. However, insisting on repairing my old car and to come back for the New later, I was told the service fee would be 1910.81$ ( one thousand , nine hundred and ten doliar, eighty -one cent( At first I was dazed , this amount , just because the key wouldn't start the car? Then after a few weeks, went back, got my regular two weeks salary pay, dropped the "WHOLE SALARY" to pick up the car cos buses delayed as I wouldn't want to be late for work, besides, borrowing friend's car could be embarrassing, car picked , drove home straight, parked, following morning, tried to start the car, SAME STORY! SAME EXPERIENCE AS AT WHEN THE CAR WAS TAKEN TO D GARRAGE. THE CAR KEY WOULDNT START THE CAR AGAIN AS PREVIOUSLY EXPERIENCED. This is really unfair and could be VERY FRUSTRATING! SO SAD! More

I summoned courage , thinking it was an old car, so I left the car for a few weeks, then decided to pick it later . I used my WHOLE TWO WEEKS SALARY TO PAY FOR IT as it's so frustrating waiting for so long to get buses or borrowing friends car, I PAID THIS YESTERDAY! Parked the car at home, , came back TODAY 10th of June to drive d car and behold- THE SAME STORY, SAME THING I experienced b4 taking the car to Ford Dealer, 7100 Rue Saint Jack West , Montreal?! The car wouldn't start! I called their office reception, I was told I have to wait till Monday. This is not fair! Simply felt NOTHING WAS DONE ON MY CAR? How can I have same results as at when the car was brought? Giving up d whole salary for Two weeks and you Giving this result in this fair and Justice equipped society is totally unacceptable! Going back to them on Monday! Sooo angry and disappointed! More

Real bad experience!!! Sales guy was 1 hr late for the delivery process!! Car had coffee stains on the right hand seat. Large vibration when I left with the car.
