I have 14 months left on my current lease and wanted to see what my options were. Tara was professional and personable. I received a response to my questions within a day of request. I have yet to decide whether I will stay with my current lease and let it run out or re-lease a new Nissan vehicle, however when I do make that decision I will definitely deal directly with Tara. Then when it's not ready she will deny all knowledge of giving you an end time. Then when you ask to speak to a manager she will say there isn't one. And then when you do speak to someone higher up the good chain two things will happen. 1. The wait time will go from (another) hour down to 10minutes 2. If you wait for an apology from Dee....you may die of old age Incase I'm still here in another few hours please tell my family I love them very much and to send provisions!!!! More
I brought my car in for service because it was making a loud thumping/grinding sound from the right rear wheel. They told me it was the exhaust and that it needed a new part, which they ordered and repl loud thumping/grinding sound from the right rear wheel. They told me it was the exhaust and that it needed a new part, which they ordered and replaced to the tune of $600. They told me that there was still a "bit of a sound coming from the trunk but that must be something in the trunk" I got the car and it didn't make the noise at first, but after a few minutes it started again. I couldn't take it back in right away as I had to go out of town immediately. So basically they made up some thing that needed to be fixed that wasn't at all the root of the problem, then charged me for it. I'm going in tomorrow to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend these crooks. They are dishonest and disreputable. Not that I should expect any different from a car dealer, but this is one that has lost a customer for life. More

When I first purchased my car, we had a great expirence with Moe. After a few months we noticed a few issues with the car. Each time we had an issue, Ken the general manager was very quick to help fix th with Moe. After a few months we noticed a few issues with the car. Each time we had an issue, Ken the general manager was very quick to help fix the issue. He made sure we were taken care of and happy with our experience. At first I was very upset with the issues, but they really helped restore my faith in car dealers. We will be buying all of our cars with Fish Creek Nissan in the future! The issues with the car were because we bought an 8 year old mini van. It was great that they helped us with out issues. Thank you Ken, Moe and Fish Creek Nissan! More
