We dealt with Frankie, who managed to convince us into a much better deal - We ended up trading in our (newish) RVR, and walking out with a new Sentra and Juke. He was persistent without being obnoxious or pushy - very much the kind of salesman I wish to work with! He respected our budget, and didn't try to push stuff on us that we didn't want - merely explored options and had great information. Jake in Finance was just as awesome, giving us good information without being pushy with regards to our options for warranty and the like. No tricks, no "if you don't do this you'll regret it", just excellent information. Youssef was the fellow who handed us off the car, as well as some final prep on it before we got it. He did some very nice little touches - pre-setting the FM radio bands to actual, proper Calgary channel, as well as a couple excellent tips for "first time new car owners". Everyone we dealt with at Fish Creek was awesome, and I've already told several friends to poke their head in when they're next looking for a car. More

Consumate Professionals I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Juke (used) from Fish Creek Nissan. This was my first "solo" used vehicle purchase. Mike, Jasper and Andy were all I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Juke (used) from Fish Creek Nissan. This was my first "solo" used vehicle purchase. Service & Communication post purchase Frankie was very good in our original purchase of our Pathfinder. The issues as far as getting a dent repaired (happened before we picked the vehicle Frankie was very good in our original purchase of our Pathfinder. The issues as far as getting a dent repaired (happened before we picked the vehicle up) and getting a flat tire fixed made everything he did taint the whole experience with the Dealership as a whole. Shortly after having the new Pathfinder at home, we had a flat. From there it was truely painful to get the same communication of how to have it repaired (we had the upgraded package of Roadside Assistance). The day of signing the paperwork for the Pathfinder made it seem like issues such as flat tires, etc. would be very easy and quick to have taken care of but this was to the point of frustrating and comical in how no 2 people could give me the same answer in how to get the tire repaired until I drove an hour and a half back to the Dealership itself to get it fixed. The Tow Truck Driver told me the tire would have to be replaced without a doubt yet the tire was only patched. When I asked about it at the Dealership I was told that was what they do. I know nothing about plugging holes in tires so what could I do but simply let them do it their way and at least hope the plug holds. Not comforting to know we are driving on the highway daily with a simple plug holding a nail sized hole in the tire. On top of that, I was left sitting in the waiting room while the tire work was done and nobody had come to tell me the vehicle was ready until I saw it parked out there. An 11 month old baby can old stay occupied for so long so I just took the keys off of the Service Advisors desk when I saw them sitting there (she was not there when I noticed the car parked outside). From several calls to other tire shops closer to us to even other Car Dealerships, nobody would repair the flat unless we paid for it then sent the paperwork in myself and hoped it would get covered by the secondary company. Not what I was told when I first called in regarding the flat tire. Then I tried to coordinate the drive in (on a day I had to take off work) with the repairing of the dent in our door yet after leaving 3 messages to book the additional service, I never did get a call back so will now have to book another day off work to return to there to get the door fixed. I don't know why I could not simply make one call to arrange servicce for both issues. Makes me wish we took the $$ compensation they offered for denting the door before we picked it up but with a brand new vehicle you can probably agree that you would want it to look as good as new for as long as possible. More
