Stephane St Onge was the kind of sales person everyone hopes for. He was a very informative gentleman, helpful, and friendly. He answered all my questions , my e mails, he was very patient and energetic with me and trying to help me finding all my needs. Also the finance Manager Jasper was able to find me a good financing terms. Overall was a great deal. Unprofessional Went in looking for a car and first off dealt with one salesperson who on 3 separate occasions forgot I had even contacted him , gave me no informatio Went in looking for a car and first off dealt with one salesperson who on 3 separate occasions forgot I had even contacted him , gave me no information on the vehicle and only contacted me 3 days later when I finally said I'd be coming down . When I arrived I switched salespeople and this one was no better , tried to increase the asking price and was incredibly pushy , even tried to push me into a car I had zero interest owning . The next couple days I was attempting to negotiate and get an appraisal for my car which turned out to be one of the most difficult things to do as he either didn't answer the phone or took 4 hours to reply to the simplest of emails . Finally I decided to drive in an hour again to talk face to face and hopefully buy the car which when I arrived he told me he had sold it and just forgot to inform me . Afterwards he tried again to push me into a car I didn't want at all . Overall very frustrating service , very unprofessional and really puts me off wanting to deal with salespeople and dealerships . Would not deal with Stephane or Don again . More

Great Sales Person... Poor Service Department Andy was great to deal with on the purchase... BUT... I picked up my used Murano on Wednesday June 24th, after the service department had done a compl Andy was great to deal with on the purchase... BUT... I picked up my used Murano on Wednesday June 24th, after the service department had done a complete check of the vehicle. - June 25th, started to hear a very loud grinding in the brakes when it was in Reverse ONLY. - June 29, brought the Murano into FC Nissan and also told them that the Tire Pressure Monitor had since come on. After an hour and a half they told me that the noise was "a pebble in the brake shoe"... and they had also taken care of the TPM issue... Great... Except... - June 30th I had to bring the Murano back to FC because the TPM was back on... After another 2 hours I was told that the sensor was causing the tire to lose pressure. The sensor was replaced and the tire was resealed. - We left on our one week vacation to BC and every day I have had to add 20lbs pressure to the front tire... that was supposedly fixed... twice - Also, on Saturday the right signal light stopped working... haven't had a chance to have that looked at... I have emailed the dealership twice with no response either time. Very frustrated customer.... More

Informative and friendly without being pushy, Frankie let me ask all my questions and look at many different models to make sure that I had the vehicle that suited both what I needed and wanted. His patience was truly unlimited! Jake and Jasper in finance were able to work magic and I was able to get what I needed with terms I could handle. They gave me true piece of mind! When I picked up my car Youssef was the icing on the cake. He was very well informed about my vehicle and for the first time ever I felt that I really wouldn't need to read the manual but use it more for reference. I also appreciated the little things he went over like how and where to go for service. Overall everyone I came into contact with at this dealership was amazing and you receive a true sense of pride from them. The sales and service staff are friendly and warm, never giving me that 'victim of a sales pitch' feeling. Arif worked hard to find the perfect vehicle that would suit me and my family under the constraints of time and budget. Youssef was incredibly patient when I picked up my vehicle, explaining all the bells and whistles, never giving me the feeling that he was rushed or didn't have time. Unfortunately, as a single female (even in this day and age!), I have had countless negative experiences with dealerships, mechanics and service departments, often having to keep my guard up and my defence on. It is so GREAT to find a place I trust and would recommend whole heartedly. AND...I l am enjoying my Rogue. More
