When we came back to purchase the Rogue we were able to arrange a great price, and we are thrilled with our new car. On the day of pickup, Youssef gave us the thorough rundown of our vehicle and everything it was capable of. This was a really nice touch to the overall experience, because it gave us a great incite into our Rogue's capabilities beyond what we had learned on the showroom floor. I asked for him cuz my husband had phoned Nissan and the live operator had been Frankie. Frankie is new to Calgary but familiar with Nissans. As I had had a Pathfinder for the last month as a rental car I was pretty comfortable with the vehicle and what it could do. But Frankie helped me go through the paperwork, financing, the introduction to the car when it came in and the introduction to the service people. He also booked my first oil change. Frankie is friendly, thorough and professional. More

At first, I just considered him as any other sales person at any car dealership. However, by the time I left the dealership that day, I had already made up my mind to come back & finalize the deal. Zain was very patient, accommodating & explained every detail about the car. In a week's time, I came back & Zain stood by me all the time to carry all my requests to his manager and help finish the deal in a most convincing manner. From here on, the finance team (Jake Gregson & Jasper) took control of things and got me approved. In 2 days, I was all set to lay my hands on the stylish Altima. Zain once again spent enough time to explain about all the features of the car and coordinated all the paper work with his finance team. Zain & Altima - True winners!! Our salesman Sebastien was very knowledgeable. When we went to pick up our car he went through "everything" very thorough, he took over an hour to go over every detail. We have been purchasing new vehicles for over 30 years and have never experienced such a team of very knowledgeable people. There were many people involved with our purchase and everyone was so willing to help each other out.
