The worst experience. Aggressive Sales Strategies: Throughout the purchasing process, I felt subjected to aggressive and pushy sales strategies. I was constantly pressured Aggressive Sales Strategies: Throughout the purchasing process, I felt subjected to aggressive and pushy sales strategies. I was constantly pressured to make decisions with limited information, accompanied by persistent requests to sign agreements and disclose my credit card information. This approach does not align with my previous experience and raises concerns about the transparency of the transaction. Opaque Selling Process: Despite my repeated requests for clarification, I found the selling process to be opaque. The information provided was scarce, and my inquiries were met with vague answers. I was not presented with detailed information necessary for making informed decisions; instead, I was handed loose agreement pages to sign, contributing to my discomfort with the overall transaction. Inaccurate Information and Lack of Transparency: Several instances of inaccurate information or, at the very least, miscommunication occurred during the transaction. Examples include receiving misleading information about the application of pre-paid installments towards reducing interest and discrepancies in the agreed trade-in value versus the Terms of Settlement. Mike the manager was great, nice fellow, corrected my issues, but had to deal with the junior sales staff for about a month before Mike got involved. Purchased a used vehicle from them, only $15K, did my issues, but had to deal with the junior sales staff for about a month before Mike got involved. Purchased a used vehicle from them, only $15K, did my research, knew what I wanted and price willing to pay. I got a fair deal on price (maybe a few thousand to much but a tough market) BUT the vehicle had undisclosed damage. The showed me a clean carfax and a passed inspection report, but once I got home I noticed damage. They said they would fix it, but took over one month of back and forth. Finally I got the manager involved and damage was fixed within a few days. I should have not trusted their inspection report. Used cars can be tricky, but know your price and be sure to do your own inspection. Do not rush. I learned some valuable lessons....take your time. More
Well we were told tires had 80% wear left. ...ya right we replaced them and was told maybe 30% and were splitting. Good thing they were replaced. Making you feel guilty for doing or not doing something is completely wrong!!! Would not recommend!!! More
My bf bought a used car and it hasn’t been a couple months even it’s been nothing but a nightmare. First off they scratched the car up themselves and yes they fixed it but he had to wait over a month w months even it’s been nothing but a nightmare. First off they scratched the car up themselves and yes they fixed it but he had to wait over a month while paying the car itself and not having a car. Then finally got the vehicle and not 2 weeks later it died and had to replace the battery then the start button fell into the dash almost $1000 later after he already over paid for the car got it back on the road then the window button fell off. Now the tires won’t keep air and it’s only been 2 months. These people are crooks and totally screwed us with this vehicle. We have 2 kids and we don’t even feel like we can drive with them or we might break down and be stranded with young kids and now that winter is hitting that’s a big no! I’m sad there are people out there that feel like this is ok behaviour. More

I literally need to loosen every lug nut on my wheels and tighten them again so my brakes don't worp. -service manager lied straight to my face that they replaced the spare tire, the spare tire had not been replaced (I inspected in the shop while on the lift). Came back because they didn't finish the undercoat I paid for when I got a new vehicle - originally they had gotten undercoat all over the body of the vehicle -did not do the skid plates (too lazy to remove and do them separately) - came back and specifically put a note on there for them to finish doing the skid plates, once again they did not do.
