Happy! Purchasing from this dealership was a "happy" experience primarily because of excellent service and demeanour of the salesman, Andy Miller. You may have received a 5-star rating with the exception being a selling feature I like to refer to as gimmickry. Telling your customers that the 'deal' is subject to FCPP coverage which is not mandatory by statute, set me to believing the dealership was simply building the profit cushion. If I recall, Mr. Miller was quoting this in the range of $898.00 and the finance personnel suggested it was the dealerships way of "maintaining client contact." Let me be perfectly blunt in suggesting there could be dozens better ways to accomplish that task than by complicating negotiations on price. Yes other dealerships proposed this coverage but one that we encountered priced the FCPP at under $500.00 then indicated they would totally withdraw that fee to 'close.' More

Most of all,he is honest!He will tell you if what you want isn't in your budget but he also offers an alternative. Nick is the BEST salesperson we've ever dealt with when buying a car. More

Worst customer experience of my life. I used to love coming to Fishcreek Nissan up until today (July 13th/2016). Last night my "check engine" light came on last night after paying roughly I used to love coming to Fishcreek Nissan up until today (July 13th/2016). Last night my "check engine" light came on last night after paying roughly $1300.00 on June 27th, 2016 to have maintenance work done. I used the online chat option to contact Nissan last night so that they would set up an appointment for me to be able to come in and look at my car to determine why the light had come on after just being tuned up. I received an email from Randy Sander at 08:32 AM stating "give us a call or email me back for an appointment so we can look into the SES light for you and make sure everything is OK in the car". At 11:20 AM I proceeded to contact the dealership and was put through to the service department, only to be told that there is no way they could see me at all this week.I made it infinitely clear that I live in South Calgary and work at the airport (which means I do the drive at least 8 times a week there and back) and could not afford to have my car (which was just worked on, $1300 worth of work) break down on me. All I was told is "there's nothing we can do, try next week." Upon asking them again if there was please, anything they could do to put my mind at ease, I was told to leave my car with them all day on Friday. I can't leave my car with you all day on Friday, as I work and would be missing 10 hours worth of pay, but could they please take ten minutes to check the codes and tell me what the problem was. Again, I got the "nothing we can do, try again later" response. I then proceeded to call Brasso Nissan and was told to bring my car down immediately and they would run the computer quickly to see what was going on (even though they were busy. It should also be noted that if my vehicle required more work, they would provide me with a loaner vehicle. This is also something that was not offered by Fishcreek Nissan). Within an hour, I was at Brasso Nissan where the test was run (and took literally 10 minutes to do right in the bay I pulled into) and the gentleman there explained why the light was on. It appears that during the immense amount of work that Fishcreek Nissan did on June 27th, they forgot to reset my sensors in my vehicle so the gas pump had a code come up. The tech at Brasso asked to see the invoice from the work on June 27th and could not believe how much I had paid because the same service at Brasso is approximately $300.00, not $938.00. Not only was I gouged by Fishcreek Nissan, I basically received the middle finger when I asked them to check up on their own work. I will not be a patron of Fishcreek Nissan any longer, but will be moving over to Brasso. Thank you to Brasso for going out of your way to ensure that my vehicle was okay to drive. More
