Best Car-Buying Experience I've Had In 30 Years I have owned a LOT of cars in my life--6 just in the past 7 years--and have never had a truly bad experience at a dealership, but my latest purchase r I have owned a LOT of cars in my life--6 just in the past 7 years--and have never had a truly bad experience at a dealership, but my latest purchase really was an eye-opener. My 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn was just a little too much vehicle for us, so I decided that some downsizing was necessary to save gas, etc. After doing extensive research online with every make imaginable, I had whittled down my choices to a Jeep Cherokee, Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, Mazda CX-5, VW Tiguan, Ford Edge and Nissan Murano, in that order. The Jeep and Hyundai were very underwhelming after driving them, so after having some lunch, we decided to cross the street to Fish Creek Nissan since it was close. This was my first experience with the dealership and with Nissan, for that matter. Immediately upon entering, my daughter and I were greeted by the receptionist who asked how we could be helped. When I stated I was interested in looking at a new Murano, she called Nick Litovtsev who proceeded to give us the grand tour of the vehicle. To be honest, my expectations weren't high with Nissan just because I had never really been taken by their vehicle lineup but the 2015 Murano really is a beautiful and highly-rated car. The car sells itself but Nick knew absolutely everything about it and answered every question I fired at him. We went on a test-drive, all the while Nick showing me the car's various features and attributes. Upon returning to the dealer, we never felt pressured or uncomfortable at all, nor were we hassled by phone after leaving, as has been my experience in the past with other dealers. The next day, I returned with my wife to see the car and once again, Nick went through everything for her benefit and actually spoke TO HER, something that has been sorely lacking with other salespeople in past purchases who still seem to hold on to the notion that men make all the decisions. Two days, later, we returned to Fish Creek Nissan, worked out the trade and financing details and made the deal official. No problems whatsoever and later that week, we picked up the car after getting a thorough bumper-to-bumper lesson on all things Murano from Youssef Abdellatif and were on our way. Dealing with the parts & service departments for some accessories has been equally smooth, both in timeliness of booking an appointment and quality of work. All in all, Fish Creek Nissan has really raised the bar in terms of what a person can expect from a car dealership. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Nick or Fish Creek Nissan to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

Not only did he answer my numerous questions about he car but he was able to arrange for our pickup at the airport. The price could not be beat and I know this from the hours we spent on the internet trying to search through all of the ads only to find that there was always a catch with the posted price, (ie, $2000,00 down payment or you had to finance it through the dealer).
