The only complaint I have (if you want to call it that) is the used manager is not very customer friendly when it comes to dealing with repeat customers. We spent over 100K on these three vehicles and on the last purchase I wanted them to throw in a $500 tonneau cover. Only way they would do that was by bumping up the price of my truck by $500. That being said, I'd come back in a heartbeat. More

It was exactly the car I was looking for, so much features, such a great comfort, and Sebastien never put any pressure on me. He guided me perfectly, answered all my questions. Very, very shady I was in the market for a newer vehicle, and through an Internet search, Fish Creek Nissan had the vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately, financing I was in the market for a newer vehicle, and through an Internet search, Fish Creek Nissan had the vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately, financing didn't go through. Now, because I paid my deposit through debit, I have to wait for a cheque to be issued to me!?!? That's completely ridiculous and shady. Deposits should be returned how they are paid, and a consumer shouldn't have to wait to receive money back regardless of the reason. I WILL NEVER shop at Fish Creek Nissan again, nor will my friends. It's no wonder car dealers have a bad reputation when they can't even get something as simple as this done right! More

Excellent Teacher When I came to pick up my new car, 2015 Rogue, Youssef was there to go over every square inch of my car with me and answered all my questions. Great Customer service Philippe was the salesman that helped us when we first visited the dealership, he was very helpful and was able to asnwer all of our questions. We were interested in the Nissan Rogue so he quickly set everything up for us to test drive it. After the test drive he sat down with us to discuss numbers and again he was able to find a good deal for us. We haven't decided just yet what we would like but if we had to base our desition on customer service I would definitely go with this Nissan dealership. More
