New car purchase from Tara Warburton. I happened to be in the showroom with a friend about 3 months ago. I saw the Juke. You either love or hate the look of the Juke. I fell in love. I I happened to be in the showroom with a friend about 3 months ago. I saw the Juke. You either love or hate the look of the Juke. I fell in love. I had never purchased brand new, so for the next three months I tried to find a used Juke that was under 30,000 kilometres and was less than 2 years old, AWD, leather and navigation. No such luck. I also read every review related to the Juke. My SUV had served me very well for the past 7 years, and I was torn. Do I neeeed this car? At the end of August, I went to the showroom and spoke to Tara. She was completely honest with me. Coming from a V6, the 4 cylinder may not have the same "feel". She didn't "talk up" the Juke's motor or even tried to campare favourably to my old car. She was just.......honest. We talked about incentives. I left that day with Tara's promise that she would call me in September and let me know about any new dealer incentives for the 2014. Tara called me back as promised, and we set up a time to meet and test drive a new Juke that had just come to them. I bought it that day. Its been a week with the new car, and I have no regrets. Tara was excelent. As was Youseff, who took the time to go over all the bells and whistles of the Juke on the day I picked it up. This may sound corney, but Tara and Youseff felt like family. P.S. They play excellent music in the showroom and their coffee is delicious. More

Another associate was helping me while I was waiting for Tara. She was very good at asking me specific questions about what I wanted and helped me rank in order until we came up with the right vehicle for me. Together with the used car financing manager we were able to me into my "New to Me" Rogue very quickly. I would recommend Tara and Fish Creek Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Clive was so helpful and patient with us as we had to wait for a month or so before proceeding as we moved into our new house. Once we were ready to move forward he made it happen! He was so friendly and helpful- not pushy at all. He really advocated for us when our vehicle had not yet been delivered and was able to have the manager locate a different vehicle for us as he knew we were on a tight schedule awaiting the arrival of our first child. He remained in contact with us throughout our purchase to make sure everything was going well. We would absolutely recommend not only the dealership but specifically Clive! More

Finance department dropped the ball I went into Fish Creek Nissan to test drive a Rogue and an Altima as my car broke down and I needed to get a new vehicle ASAP. Tara was the sales per I went into Fish Creek Nissan to test drive a Rogue and an Altima as my car broke down and I needed to get a new vehicle ASAP. Tara was the sales person that helped me out. She was fantastic and patient and was quick to answer all of my questions and address all concerns I had. We test drove both vehicles and I made the decision to lease the Rogue. I was handed off to the finance department to complete everything. I was told that the colour I wanted was not in stock but would be in to pick up in a couple of days. Once the vehicle showed up, Jake in finance called to let me know the VIN number so I could set up my insurance. The VIN number provided was not correct and created a bit of an issue with my insurance company. Another person in the finance department was able to provide me with the correct number. I then called and made an appointment with Jake to pick up the vehicle. I went into the dealership with $1700 expecting that two months payment would be required as I had seen it online, as well as the money required to pay for registration and any tickets I may have had on my license. Jake charged me for the money that registries charged them, then handed me off to the representative from the service department. The rep from service handed me the keys, did the inspection of the vehicle with me, and went over the features of the vehicle and sent me on my way. Two weeks after having the vehicle I received a call from Jake in finance saying that they forgot to take $1000 that was due at signing. Since I wasn't required to pay that money upon pick up, I had put the money towards other expenses. I told Jake that they would need to wait until the 15th of the month but he indicated that that would not work for them and had the nerve to suggest that I get a friend to put in on their credit card for me. When I had no answer for him he said he would leave it with me overnight to come up with a solution. I went in the following day to make the payment required and was handed off to another person in finance. When I voiced my displeasure with having a days notice to get the money together, he made it out that I was being dramatic and had more time which was not at all the indication I received from Jake. Overall an incompetent finance department has left me in a challenging situation personally and has ruined a mostly positive experience. More

I found Qorie to be awesome and really cared and listened to my needs, He kept his word even when I spoke to him on the phone I even seen a paper on his desk with what I have asked for. The Manager/Owner shook my hand, then I met Jasper who helped me get payments to which I requested, he was great! You know the saying he looks like or acts like a used car sales men, The first Nissan dealership I walked into was a horrible between the xxxxxxxx and phone calls, text messages. I've never had a Nissan and just about didn't want one, but I'm glad I called Fish Creek Nissan and for all the staff Qorie & Jasper thank you so very much. I can't wait to drive my Rogue Mandi R More
