Customers are an Inconvenience Took my vehicle to Fishcreek in January 2017 for a cooling system repair on my Infiniti QX4 (fortunately I was close enough that the towing distance w Took my vehicle to Fishcreek in January 2017 for a cooling system repair on my Infiniti QX4 (fortunately I was close enough that the towing distance was minimal). The cost was going to be around $1700, and I would not have the vehicle for about a week. Fair enough, so asked if there was a loaner vehicle. Arthur said there weren't any, so I asked about a rental. Think they would help pay for it? Arthur said they would go out of their way to arrange a rental for me at Enterprise with a "special rate". As it turns out, the "special rate' was $48 a day for a compact. After shelling out $1700 for the repair and the multi-day rental, they couldn't even cover the cost, or portion of the rental. Very disappointing, since I had been going there since 2004. Even worse was the fact Arthur didn't really seem to give a crap that I was inconvenienced. And like others have mentioned, the entire staff in there looks miserable (always have, but at least Mona is not there any more), and you are nothing more than a ghost. I was going to buy a new Pathfinder, but took my business elsewhere to make my new vehicle purchase a week later. I can assure you I will never set foot at Fishcreek again, and I recommend you go elsewhere for service. More

Good experience in car buying I buy a Rogue from Shazard. He is doing good job. price is ok, sales guys are easy to dealer with. No hard sell approach, very patient and oriented to asking your questions and finding a car that's the right fit for you. Like any car buying experience, don't hesitate to ask questions and do your own research on things before you leap to any decisions. That being said, I would highly recommend Fish Creek Nissan if your in the market for a new or used car. More
Shuttle service denied I'm very disappointed with our experience with the service centre today. We have always been offered shuttle service or at least a transit ticket whil I'm very disappointed with our experience with the service centre today. We have always been offered shuttle service or at least a transit ticket while the vehicle was being serviced. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and have had all of the servicing done there. I was with my son today and was so surprised when he was told that he would not be provided with a shuttle. The two of us walked to a nearby strip mall to wait for the vehicle to be done. It was -17 degrees and we were not prepared for the weather. In retrospect, we should have called a taxi but didn't realize how cold it actually was until we started walking. Why were we refused a shuttle today? Was it because it was a 24 year old asking for the shuttle instead of someone a little older? I'm not sure the reasoning but it has left us with a negative feeling toward the dealership. We are currently shopping for a vehicle and will probably look elsewhere if this is the dealership's new attitude toward their customers after the sale is complete. And by the way, no one in the service department smiled or was friendly in any way. Just a negative bunch of unhappy people. I couldn't wait to get out of there. More
