Best Dealer Experience Ever I've been looking for the last year to replace my Neon, I have been to Mitsubishi, Toyota and Chrysler to test drive new and used. I emailed the used I've been looking for the last year to replace my Neon, I have been to Mitsubishi, Toyota and Chrysler to test drive new and used. I emailed the used car department to book a test drive for the 2013 370z on the lot. I received an email from Andy Miller that same night to confirm the test drive. On the day of the test drive I was greeted, offered coffee and we were almost instantly in the car headed out. Once back, Andy talked to me like a friend instead of just a paycheck. He was knowledgeable and could answer any questions I had. I will recommend Andy and the guys at Fish Creek to anyone mentioning buying either a new or used car. I phoned them right away for some more information, the sales person named Andy was very friendly and help full, I made an appointment for the next day to test drive the vehicle, it is a great vehicle, exactly what I was looking for, we talked about the price and after a bit talking and discussion, we got the deal done, both sides happy! All their staff, manager, finance person and of course Andy our sales person was awesome to deal with! We had to drive two hours to get there but definitely worth the drive!! More

When entering the dealership Rada Saleh introduced himself and inquired how he could be of assistance. We found Rada to be very professional and extremely knowledgable on all details of both the Murano and Maxima which was very reassuring. He understood that we were undecided as to which vehicle we really wanted, and was very helpful with suggestions as to the attributes of both vehicles, and suggested one of the best ways to help with the decision would be to test drive both vehicles. Throughout the whole process we always felt Rada was acting in our best interests, and wanted us to make the right decision, rather than making a quick sale. This was both refreshing and very much appreciated. We eventually decided to purchase the Murano and finalized the deal with both Rada and your new car sales manager, again this experience was both professional and very pleasant. You were able to locate a white Platinum Murano in Vancouver, again Rada kept in constant touch with us keeping us informed as to it's eta, and date it would be ready for collection. At the time of collection Rada introduced us to Maxim Legault who was equally helpful, knowledgable and professional as to the technical aspects aspects of the vehicle. His explanations of the delearship and his walk through of the vehicle were very informative and extremely helpful. Overall we enjoyed our experience with both Rada and Maxim, it was professional, pleasant and fun. More

Very polite, professional, friendly & when he learned my family's sense of humour he was even joking around. Most car salesmen have a negative rep (not unlike lawyers do) but Andy & the team at FCN give a positive rep to salesmen. No pressure sales & answering all my questions!
