Purchased a RAV4 used from this dealer. Sales person was great no issues with him. When I picked up the vehicle it was cleaned but to the level of a Saturday give it to your teenager and ge Sales person was great no issues with him. When I picked up the vehicle it was cleaned but to the level of a Saturday give it to your teenager and get them to clean it, the front and rear seats were not shampooed and the front drivers seat was some white film on it and there was still dirt in the crevices of the vehicle and the plastic was not wiped down in certain areas. I had to bring vehicle back to get redone. I was given a loaner overnight to use, when I picked up the vehicle the next day the front drivers seat looked the same with a white film on it. I was told that’s is as good as it gets if I wanted better to go get it detailed. Disappointing to “aa” have to bring the vehicle back to get redone and then to pick it up and it was almost identical. More
