My experience with Fish Creek Nissan has been unfortunate in several touch points. It's surprising because I have been a lifelong Nissan customer and never had these type of problems before. My latest dealer in several touch points. It's surprising because I have been a lifelong Nissan customer and never had these type of problems before. My latest dealership was in the NW but as I moved to the South I chose Fish Creek Nissan for its proximity to my new home but the experience has been really disappointing. 1. Sales - The sales process was pushy, utilizing questionable aggressive techniques. Including lies or ambiguous answers. When I complained, the sales manager was only interested in having me remove my bad review but not really in amending the situation. 2. Financing - Information was incomplete and we were pushed to make a decision on add-ons. Again with ambiguous information. We never got proper information about the NFS portal even though we repeatedly asked. 3. Winter tires - We got the car in February. It was cold and snowy. The car should have been sold with winter tires on. As it had the all season I requested to get the winter tires ASAP. The sales person pushed to get them paid immediately but we never got it despite my constant calls. He ended up blaming service and they took so long that I never got the tires installed until the next season. Service - I booked my service online and when I got to the dealership after 20 min waiting for intake I got the suprise that they weren't prepared and did not read the comments where I explains all needs in addition to the ore paid oil change. They blamed me for not calling. If I had to call then what's the benefit of booking online! I to rebook my service and I had to pay over $700 for service. The car was purchased in Feb 2024. In my prior dealership I was never pushed to spend this much, especially in such a new car. I would be given detailed explanations and professional advise. In addition my car wasn't even washed. In general my sense of this place is that they want the money but not the customer. I don't want freebies or a special treatment. I only would like a place I can trust where I feel welcome and not like I need to keep my guard up because they want to rip me off. Very disappointed as my prior experience with Nissan was always beyond expectations. More
