Both times I brought my kicks in for a tire swap I experienced exceptionally long wait times. Once was actually for an entire long weekend and they had to gave me a loner vehicle which I appreciated b experienced exceptionally long wait times. Second time I had to come back the next day because they didn’t manage to get to my vehicle which I made an appointment for. Both times the Reception service was excellent but I find it’s very expensive tire swap service. . My Nissan cap on the back of my car broke and both times I asked if they could glue it on and both times it wasn’t done. I appreciate the paid Uber service but had to take my all season tires home as the storage price is very high when combined with the tire swap price. I don’t think I’ll be returning in the Spring.
