The people are nice, but the system to book appts is not user friendly AT ALL… even when talking to them in person. There is a definite push to UPSELL. I was given a quote (there is a sign behind the desks saying labour is $169 an hour… THEN parts!!!) of $172. I okayed that cost. $205 was the final bill???
