I booked in my Micra, just to have the new key set to my car - despite the receipt I shown them af payment for key April28. They wanted to charge me $477 for the job!!!! Horrible customer service! They had my car for over two day with no communication, no information, or an attempt to reach me. When I finally got a hold of them (after multiple They had my car for over two day with no communication, no information, or an attempt to reach me. When I finally got a hold of them (after multiple phone calls and multiple voicemails) they mentioned they will call me back (which they never did). Finally on the second day, they mentioned I “missed my appointment” when in fact they did not check the drop off box, and they were making out as it was my fault for missing an appointment. They mentioned they might be able to look at it at if they have time. My car was ready after two days at the end of the second day. To reiterate they had my car for over 35 hours. More
