Where to start? ! From driving away with a car that was never registered here to dealing with a continuous shaking as I drive at higher speeds. I've had my car in 4 t ! Basic things I feel right away they seem to miss! I drive 40 mins each direction to get to them! I just got my car back yesterday and it's still not ok! Now it will be a fourth trip in. I don't usually take the time to wright poor reviews but this has been ridiculous. Update: After three sets of tires, and way to many trips to drop off and pick my car up, it seems to be all fixed! Perhaps it's because I bought a Ford from Nissan and they are not so familiar with the workings of that brand? In the end, they did seem to get the issue resolved and I'm grateful for that. I don't think I'll ever buy a car from any dealership, that isn't their brand! More
Good place , service is great . I choice not to say anything as the service department has done a great job and I feel that they have done more then enough for me , however some weight needs to be put on the shop for caring for cars More
Service was good, as a driver who doesn't know anything about car, I chose to trust them. Customer service has room to improve cos no one follow up the shuttle service to me for car pick up after oil chang about car, I chose to trust them. I had to keep calling until a customer service picked up my call finally to arrange the pick up service which I mentioned when I took my car to their place. More
When I bought the car 6 years ago I really appreciated Youssef's customer service and communication. What happened to those levels of customer satisfaction? These days it's about piling on one addon after the other. Unexplained stores charges with no breakdown. Regret to say, Fish Creek Nissan has really gone in the wrong direction. During my recent service I spend more than $1200, please have the courtesy to give a decent car wash. It was like the car was rinsed using four cups of water. I sent it back for another wash and it came back exactly the same. More
