Please buy somewhere else. The service is great but they have no soul. Was beyond happy with my purchase of my 2020 SI until driving it off the lot I noticed something strange happening and had it checked over and diagnosed as the clutch gone bad. I call Fairley and Stevens to have it looked into to replacing it as I had just bought the car over a week ago at that point. I waited for my appointment which was may 26th and had great service from Sarah (I believe) in the service department along with Don the shuttle drive who was so kind to drive me around a few times while I wait 7.5 hours for the diagnosing appointment. I was told I would know today on what they end result would be (now feeling foolish to think a dealership would go good for selling a car with a bad clutch) and I got the call saying that it would not be covered completely by the dealer although they would give me a “discount” so I would only have to pay around $1300.00 OUT OF POCKET on my new car I bought a couple of weeks ago. Or to give back the car. I am so upset by this and really feeling discouraged and next time I buy a car it most definitely won’t be from here. Definitely confirms in my mind not to trust most dealerships. I guess you should get your car pre inspected by a mechanic before buying from here since not everyone would know what to look for. sad world we’re living in. Will be sharing my experience with anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle. Hopefully I don’t get any more surprise expenses when it is brought in to get fixed. More
Purchased a new 2022 F150 Lariat from Fairley & Stevens. Brian Brake called me and told me there was a new vehicle on the lot that I maybe interested in, I went in to have a look and voila, I loved the colo Brian Brake called me and told me there was a new vehicle on the lot that I maybe interested in, I went in to have a look and voila, I loved the colour and all the options the new Lariat had to offer. Brian continued to work on getting the price down while including some added items that I wanted installed on the truck. All in all, the staff at Fairley & Stevens have been exceptional, with Brian Brake going above and beyond to complete the sale. It’s my 3rd purchase utilizing Brian and I will continue to deal with the best sales person at Fairley & Stevens. More

Dishonest Service Recommendations. I was in for an oil change and they let me know that the cabin air filter was dirty and should be replaced. I questioned them on this recommendations because I had just change and they let me know that the cabin air filter was dirty and should be replaced. I questioned them on this recommendations because I had just changed it myself several months earlier. After some back and forth, the service rep admitted that their technician didn't actually look at the cabin air filter and that the recommendation was based on the mileage. My advice, get a second opinion on any 'extras' that they recommend. More
