The worst service ever! Brought my truck in for inspection and a noise in the front end. $3200. Drove away and the noise still there. Brought it back in and they tried to charge me just to look at it again. I refused. They said it was 4 wheel drive... $1500. Why I wasn't told that in the first place not sure. Drove away, noise and shaking still there. Called and complained. Sean seemed sincere on the phone and understanding that I WOULD'VE BOUGHT A NEW VEHICLE WITH THEM rather than put $5000 into a used truck. He told me to bring it in, I did. He wants another $2000 to fix it. Apparently this time they know what is wrong with it. How convenient. I refuse to let them fix it. I should've been told I would have to spend almost $7000 to fix my truck the first time I went there. That's why I went to a Ford Service Center! More

Generally good Been getting service here for years and the advisors are top notch. Waiting time is acceptable compared to other dealerships. The long-time techs know their stuff however some of the younger ones are not as thorough (still learning) and more than once have required a return visit to button up the job. Stupid stuff like not reconnecting something or not clipping wires into appropriate holders. All in all still a good shop. More

Terrible Customer Service We were gauranteed $5000.00 cash back for our Dodge Ram truck by Management! At the time of our new vehicle pickup, they changed the cash back to $45 We were gauranteed $5000.00 cash back for our Dodge Ram truck by Management! At the time of our new vehicle pickup, they changed the cash back to $4500.00, and we became very upset! They then said they would give us $4750.00. We demanded our keys to our truck and walked out out! They lost out $35,000.00 by trying to rip us off $250.00 after we signed at business office and shook on the deal!
