That is when I met Ross. He is truly a genuine individual with his customer's satisfaction as his main priority. After few visits, I was sold on the Jeep SRT8, and the whole team worked along side with Ross to make sure that we could finalize this sale/approval prior to end of the year. As a fellow "car guy", and former mechanic, he and I talked at length about the vehicle and it was a nice change to be speaking with someone who had a very broad knowledge of vehicles in general. The sales experience was positive even as we got into the "nitty-gritty" of trade in condition and value. All of the folks encountered were reasonable and I did not feel unduly pressured at any time in the experience (a very good thing from a customer perspective!)
