Bought a car here. Had to drive from Hamilton 3 times to it We bought a 2013 dodge grand caravan here three times to get some trim that was promised to be replaced fixed. The first visit, they took the entire d We bought a 2013 dodge grand caravan here three times to get some trim that was promised to be replaced fixed. The first visit, they took the entire day to say that they weren't going to fix it. I raised xxxx, the sales lady (Vania) had my back and thankfully they agreed to fix it. .the second day a week later we brought it in, they took the whole day to realize they only had one piece of two required pieces, and sent us home, unfixed. The part came in and they "forgot" to call us and when I called a MONTH later to inquire, they booked us in to replace it and finally it was fixed. We live 50km away. We drove 300km and my wife took 3 days off work to do something they promised to fix on our new delivery. The entire service department seems to shut down at lunch, nothing gets done between 11:30 and 1:30. The good times are rediculous when you call in. The sales staff (aside from Vania) are beyond pushy and one fellow actually chased me out of the store when ingot up to leave when he pressured me repeatedly "what can I do to get you in a car TODAY" before I'd even seen the van, and after I told him I repeatedly I'd not be buying a van on my lunch break today. Bottom line... Buy new from Vania, she's great. Service your vehicle at another dealership that respects your time and money. More
