Nice dealership but salesperson wasn’t good Firstly we were told that the traffic department short name on the Car Proof is the previous owner’s name, and few more illogical info was given to us Firstly we were told that the traffic department short name on the Car Proof is the previous owner’s name, and few more illogical info was given to us until we asked to speak to the manager who came and explained everything clearly and we then agreed on the deal. Few things in the vehicle needed to be replaced or fixed , again thanks to David the sales manager he offered to get them all done. The at time of delivery, before we went to the car parking , the salesman confirmed that everything was done on the car and every part that needed to be replaced or repaired has been done , but actually when we went to see the vehicle, I asked him again about the replacement of the mid seat plastic cover and he confirmed that it was replaced , when I checked it out it was not done !!! Which means he didn’t do a pre- delivery before calling me to come and collect the vehicle. Moreover the touch up paint was not also yet available. The salesperson then said they are both under order by the parts department and he will let me know once they arrive, until date I haven’t received any calls from him at all. Tina the finance manager was very helpful , clear and advisory, she explained the importance of the extended warranty, we were very happy dealing with her as well as the rest of the staff such as the lady sits by the high stand reception on the right side of the entrance More
