As a fellow "car guy", and former mechanic, he and I talked at length about the vehicle and it was a nice change to be speaking with someone who had a very broad knowledge of vehicles in general. The sales experience was positive even as we got into the "nitty-gritty" of trade in condition and value. All of the folks encountered were reasonable and I did not feel unduly pressured at any time in the experience (a very good thing from a customer perspective!) I had spent months researching this vehicle and he still taught me stuff. Always respectful, never pushy, these guys go out of their way to get answers to tough questions and follow through on their commitments. As far as a good deal is concerned, I shopped around 8 Chrysler dealerships and these guys offered the best price (by a significant amount). Its always good to shop around, but if don't want to waste your time, go to Erin Dodge first....and ask for Ahmed! More

Experience was unorganized but workers are pleasant I recently had a somewhat less then good experience at erin dodge. It was extremely unorganized and the manager that i was trying to explain my situation to was very rude (i was very glad to hear that he doesnt work there anymore). On the other hand i had a very pleasant follow up call from steffanie. She was so sweet and she listened to the issues i had faced and passed them along to the gm. She is very kind and so easy to talk to. Since my overapp experience wasnt the best i can see that her call made it alot better. Too bad there arnt more people like her working there! More
