I had a really great experience at MINI Durham and Michelle worked within my budget to make sure I was nothing spending outside of my means. Upon arrival I was provided with a thorough understanding of the controls plus a recap of the car's features. Natasha Korkor was wonderful to work with when it came time to discuss financing! Today I had my first experience with Mini Service responding to a recall notice. Staff (Rob) was great, I was able to make use of the free WiFi and get my work done while waiting. My car was finished before the time quoted. My entire experience with this dealership and particularily Michelle Healy has been absolutely fabulous. The service has been exemplary!
