My interest was the BMW K1300S. Bike at the time was 2009 Triumph Rocket III. I had been hedging about upgrading to the BMW, but was always unsure about getting one. I started shopping around and ended up at Ajax Endras BMW. Now I read about the K1300S and was wondering if I could take one out for a test ride. I spoke to James and he was more than willing to let me have a go. He jokingly said he would have have the paper work ready when I got back (since I would be hooked on the bike after my test ride). Well he was right I was hooked, but I had a couple of issues. James listened to all my concerns and amazingly got them all resolved. From Insurance to Financing. All resolved. Some adjustments on the Bike had to be done before I was happy. James made it happen. All the silly questions I had , he was able to answer. And never showed any signs of impatience. I was throughly amazed. This also applies to all the staff at Endras. The folks there are will willing to spend the time with you. It has totally changed my perspective of BMW. More
